- All our workers and project managers are trained, use PPE (personal protective equipment) and follow safety procedures.
- Standard safety guidelines — permit-to-work system, hot work, work at height, electrical isolation and others — are rigorously maintained.
- An on-site safety meeting is held every morning before work starts, in the presence of our HES coordinator, and a safety track record is kept throughout the project.
- Simultaneous operations, lifting and rigging, hot works, excavation and other critical operations are performed with standard procedures.
- For electrical works, job-specific written instructions are provided and LOTO is maintained as required.
- Workers receive immediate medical support for any medical issue, and records are kept in a system.
- Job-specific risk assessments are performed with other stakeholders as required.
