Maintaining quality of supplied materials is at the core of our commitment to the clients. Our quality assurance includes quality of the material, workmanship and quality control management.

Quality of supplied Material:

• All supplied hot rolled mild steel sections (ie. plates, I beams, C Channels, angles) are of firm depth and thickness.
• Grade, chemical composition and all other mechanical properties of supplied structural steel sections are ensured to be of equivalent international standards.
• High Strength bolts meeting all standard specifications are supplied.
• Plain sheet with the finest Zinc-Alum coating of appropriate thickness is used to form the profiles.
• Galvanized steel plates are used to form Purlin, Girt and Decking panel.
• Mill certificates and reports from regular and random tests are also provided on demand.
• Renowned company steel rod and cement is provided as per client requirement.
• Additionally, materials with specified quality and specifications are supplied as per client requirement.

Workmanship:

• Skilled & trained workers are assigned for specific jobs and are permitted to perform only those works.
• From welding to casting, every construction phase is monitored by experienced supervisors and engineers to ensure quality workmanship as per company standard.
• Certified workers (like welders, riggers, scaffolder etc) are assigned on job specific cases.
• Alignment & finishing works are meticulously checked before project handover.

Quality Control and Management

• A dedicated QC team along with organization leaders work intensely on quality management.
• A detailed erection & fabrication, casting, anchoring & foundation work standard procedure is maintained.
• Welding specifications, and other material specifications are rigorously checked & ensured before deliver by quality control engineer.
• Regular internal Audit is performed and the action items are followed up within the developed system.

Quality Control in Design and Detailing

Our design team is compliant with the most updated design codes of the country’s governing body and plays into the delicate zone of optimization within the boundary of compliance. From proposal drawing to Approval Drawing every single phase is directly monitored by highly experienced engineers and ensures client’s feedback is incorporated.

• Ability to provide innovative & cost effective solutions within design regulations of BNBC, ACCORD & ALIANCE. We do rigorous R&D before finalizing our design to meet our customer’s requirement, to make it cost effective & at the same time ensuring we do not deviate from the design standards.
• To ensure the quality of our product, we have certified & experienced welders to perform the welding job and certified welding inspectors inspects every single welded pieces and ensure there is no porosity or bubbles by visual inspection & applying RTD Method (On client demand basis or as per contract).
• We provide all sorts of consultancy service associated to our project (Like- Structural Drawing, Electrical Drawing etc).
